Results and record notes

The October 11 report covers October 5–11, including OVAC, Medina, Indian Valley and Malvern. Full result links and the few records still needing clarification are collected below.

Results through October 10, 2026. Later editions may include additions or corrections.

Race results

OVAC supplied complete high-school 5K and middle-school 3,200-meter results, including official team scores. Medina results came from the organizer's race sheets. Indian Valley and Malvern supplied individual finishes; official team totals were unavailable, so their stories report the individual results.

Record corrections

Liam Wright's earlier reversed name, Wright Liam, is linked to the same runner. Graham Milks and Graeme Miller are separate Garaway athletes. Kevin Juarez-Rodriguez's Cambridge listing remains separate while its connection to Kevin Rodriguez is uncertain. Antonio Fracchione's grade differs between the Medina sheet and earlier records. Brandon Martinez remains a sophomore. The earlier Kloie Eagon, Nolan Patacca and Todd Fillman name corrections remain in place.

Missing results and canceled races

The October 7 Backwoods races were canceled. No new Newcomerstown middle-school finish is listed for this week. Separate OVAC reserve results were unavailable. Buckeye Trail's calendar listed Malvern October 6, but the meet's entries and results did not include Trail. These notes do not establish why any runner missed a race.

Distances and earlier results

Claymont's August 29 middle-school distance conflict and the August 26 OVCCL exact-5K question remain open. Those times stay in histories without entering the best-time lists. Career histories are still incomplete, so the roster's career bests may omit a faster older result.

District outlook

The outlook follows runners with 2026 5K results. The Division II boys and Division IV girls assignment headings disagree with their named-school totals; the named lists guide the forecast. Toronto's girls have no current 5K result listed here. Final district entries are still pending. Cambridge hosts districts October 24, followed by the regional meet October 31 at Pickerington North.

League meets

Sandy Valley hosts the IVC championships October 17: high-school girls at 9:00 a.m., boys at 9:45, middle-school girls at 10:30 and boys at 11:00. Crooksville hosts the MVL the same day: middle-school boys at 9:00 a.m., girls at 9:30, varsity boys at 10:00 and girls at 10:45. Barnesville lists Buckeye 8/OVCCL at Buckeye Local, but its 9:30 a.m. calendar time differs from the host's 9:00 listing. Confirm that start before traveling.
